Chris, The entire list of insider trades is more interesting than simply Ogorman. From 2/25/98 to 3/8/99 I count roughly 305,000 shares sold and 85,000 shares bought. Not a good sign. The biggies Haran and Cade have been using this stock to generate $$$ for their own purposes and in so doing have IMHO contributed to the stagnation of the price of this stock. What's more, Cade got another 281,020 shares as a gift which could see their way into the sell column in the future. The buys are by small folk, small compared to Haran and Cade. Many small companies are subjected to such market forces, where certain few, big principals derive the benefits of a good company while shareholders suffer the consequences. Jack
