I have heard that someone did do that and found that it was worth $300... Story from Kelly... I am still listening to the interview it sounds great...

Todd, a few days ago Daniel was commenting about how there were "only" 7.5M shares in the float. I implied that this number was misleading without knowing how many shares were issued pursuant to Rule 144 as these shares when dumped will add, often significantly, to the float. So far no response. No matter. Perhaps you can help. Specifically, when ABFG acquired the shares of Saowani Developments s.a.r.l. and World Gem Corporation Import Export s.a.r.l., was it a stock deal and, if so, how much stock was given each and how long was the restriction period? Thanks! - Jeff
