I don't know how you react when confronted with the type of shyster described in that Max90 link, if you didn't read it, maybe you should. The guy in that article was a huckster, a con artist who relies on a couple of things. He has a glib superficial explanation of each trespass, a string of petty rip offs, just your common hood in a suit "sans gun"

The ability to tell a lie convincingly is a facet of any good con. In addition to a facile manner, a lack of scruples is of great benefit to those who wish to steal by lying. When a con man trashes your investment account it is done glibly, with little regard for the ultimate harm.

A good con is planned. The con artists often prey upon people using time honored methods and accurate knowledge of the human psyche. Con artists have different schemes that are attractive to different suckers.

This thread is a good example.
