currently, IMO, the market is very overvalued so I pretend to own stocks. Still, I try to keep up on interesting individual names so that when reality sets in,I will be able to be very choosy and buy industry leaders at good prices. I'm not saying anything that anybody with a brain does not know. But even though intelligent people realize that they are overpaying for 99% of what they are buying, they keep buying in the belief that there will be a buyer for their stock tomarrow at a higher price. Kind of like musical chairs. I already have a chair. It has a nice footrest, and I have a pina colada to the left of me. I don't need to find a place to sit when the music stops.
