Daniel, I will listen when I get more time. . .been very busy. But I have GOT to tell you that as a hard and fast rule, I never get involved with a non-reporting stock. Even as a momo, I would hate to be the one left holding worthless paper after a dump. So if the company can't get its financials together enough to submit them to SEC, thus assuring stockholders that what is stated on the filing can be used against the company or its principals in a court of law, then it is just too risky. The main reason for this is simple. . . until the company files with the SEC. . .they can say, leak, imply, demonstrate, claim or report ANYTHING they want. Without the burden of proof.

The only recourse would be a class action civil suit. . .nothing. Whereas filing with SEC, makes any false claims made by the company or its principles. . .FRAUD. . .punishable by law, and enforceable by Federal Agencies.

Big difference.
