I am waiting for Amazon to yet another category ,maybe software.
That's the catalyst that is going to propel Amazon past 200.

This really has little merit but do you believe AMZN will ever turn a profit? I am making no reference to the stock price.

Anindo,

Is this like the 18th century scheme in which shares were sold for "an enterprise of great advantage, but its nature is not to be known" ?

I can't see how any price can be assigned to amzn. I take my trading clues from the way the stock trades each day. I see no connection to the usual business evaluation methods.

Online book sales to be in WSJ best-seller list
NEW YORK, March 25 (Reuters) - Dow Jones & Co. Inc. <DJ.N>
said Thursday it will include book sales by online retailers
Amazon.com Inc. <AMZN.O> and barnesandnoble.com <BKS.N> in the
best-seller list appearing in the Wall Street Journal's weekend
edition.
The online sales data will be added to contributions to the
weekly list from 2,500-plus bookstores, the company said. The
change is effective with the next edition of the weekend
supplement appearing Friday.
In connection with the inclusion of online sales data, the
best-seller list's sales index, which allows comparisons of
sales volumes of best-selling books over time, will be re-based
beginning tomorrow.
