Can Anyone give me this information?
When is their year end and have they they announced the date of their annual meeting?
If so has anyone seen their Instrument of Proxy and their information Circular?
That should tell us how many shares the directors of the Company own.
That should also tell us the Director's compensation, options granted and majority shareholders

Any offer would probably be conditional to a certain % of shares being tendered ( Usually 90%). Thats how we vote. What I'm saying is DO NOT TENDER your shares unless we get that C note. Mind you our board of directors would try to get as much as they can to please the shareholders prior to giving their blessing.....so lets all let them know that less then a C note is not enough!!!!
