Maybe I'll do that thread idea. That way a bunch of different crackpots can post reasons why I'm wrong <g> My notebook is at work, but here's the lowdown from memory-

Out of the last 32 market days, the Fed has added liquidity in some manner 26 times. 17 of the days he added liquid, the market was UP.
17/26 = 65%

That leaves 6 days out of the last 32, that the Fed did not add liquid, or drained it in some manner. 5 of those days the market was down.
5/6 = 83%

I'm pretty sure of what to do on days they don't add liquid. <g>
