FOLKS this is a MUST READ by WZZARD...

Its been an interesting several weeks watching the
SCMI/HITS process unfold. My target by the end of
March was to see the merger completed and the stock
between $5 to $10. My hat is off to management at
HITS for timeliness>I know its been a fast track
paper chase. HITS managements word you can take to the
bank. I would hope to believe that any investors that
bought stock at $.18Cnts on my first post several weeks
ago (PK) and stayed the course should be pleased. My
DD and instincts pointed this deal to be a substantial
winner. Unlike some day, minute, and second traders
that are on the SI and RB boards, these wholly full
of knowledge "wizz kids" that give advice and some can't
even figure out a reverse merger or what a 1 for 7
reverse split with a 1 for 1 dividend in kind means, I
have not traded this stock, only accumulated. Before
the split I had accumulated well over 1M shares and
added more Tue.,Wed, and today>you do the math. I had
a call today from an investor "feeling bad" for he
went long for 100,000shares at $.20 and sold at $.28.
I said "you made eight thousand dollars, but I probably
bought your hundred and it looks like you left sixty
thousand on the table". All I could say is "I'm sorry".
Fundamentally the company is right on track. I do
believe that the website is becoming one of the
"famous ones" on the internet for travelers and
businesses. Website hits have doubled this month. I
understand that several very major institutions are
talking with the company. If you have been attentive
to the stock, you will know that the stock has been
under heavy accumulation since Monday> this action
is not the result of message boards. I do believe
that news will be out any day and I also believe that
the steady flow of news will easly take the stock
to double digits soon. I feel, although I could be
wrong, that this stock could trade to the $30ty to
$50ty dollar level sometime this year. Remember,
Hits is already profitable. WHERE WILL THEY BE IN
ONE YEAR? In summary; We have a profitable site,
great management, the stock being accumulated, talks
with major wire houses and a lot of absolutely
tremendous news to come. You decide.
Happy investing...WIZZARD

Your post really summarizes my feelings about HITS at the present moment. I understand people's desire to lock in profits and, basically, avoid the risk of downturn, but HITS is not your everyday co. nor stock. In the past two years, there have been numerous examples of stocks, especially in the internet sector, that were simply better off held long-term. After run-ups with stocks like CMGI, AOL, EBAY, AMZN, YHOO, NSOL, DCLK, ABOV, GNET, and the list goes on & on, people locked in profits and continued to miss serious run-ups. HITS in not in the league with CMGI & AOL yet, however it is in the position right now to have reached $50 easily in its first day of trading had it undergone an IPO. All this translates into is that it very well can reach these much higher levels, it will simply take longer (ie. time to file for NASDAQ listing). HITS is the real deal. I cannot stop repeating it because I truly believe it. In the internet world, a company simply MUST HAVE A LOT GOING FOR IT TO BECOME PROFITABLE SO EARLY. HITS has a lot going for it and it will command higher prices by its own merit. Having said that, I would like to make it clear I am not hyping this stock, HITS will hype itself over the course of the next few days, weeks, months and years.

Best of luck to all HITS long-term shareholders(future millionaires?),
