In its 10K Comsat says that it will likely offer mobile phone service in the U.S. after Inmarsat goes private company in April...They also said that if they send Inmarsat x% of its business then they are recognized as x% owner (or partner)...New Skies is a six satellite private company spun off from Intelsat using a similar formula...and the rest of Intelsat will continue as a partnership until '02...I wonder how the revenue will be divided or recognized under the structure of these new private companies...but these private companies are going to be some big IPO's...

And Comsat merges with a satellite division of LMT...which manufactures and launches satellites...its a large landscape...

It seems that the stock is STUCK where it is. How many shares have been tendered already...Is there any more Regulatory hurdles in the path still??? I guess we need a few more answers.
