sir francis, I was financially affected today by all the problems. My plan was to hold my stock overnight for the AM gap. When I couldn't get in and finally called cyber to put my sell order in, the price had already come down. I was surprised how quickly brokerage answered my call. I thought that was a good sign considering how busy they were. Your complaints are totally justified and sum up the feelings of many of us. Failures are too frequent. Many of us didn't want to trade at all for fear of crashing. Thanks for your comments. zora
