Patric, "once" indeed could, or should mean "at some point, or period", if they carry on with netr. My personal view is, however, that once means "once" like it meant only once for DBCC. Sheer everyone is waiting for the big flash, but many want to leave and buy perhaps NETR as soon as it hits the market. Note that the insiders have filed decent amounts of shares to sell. I concede that they didn't sell all of their holdings or what has been filed right now, but even the thread pointed out that the insiders will get out as soon as Netr clears leaving not much time to get out at good prices.
