Dushyant Narayen: Ha.ha...yes, it would be interesting to see he and the rest of his cohorts up to their necks...trying to survive. Then they would realize what they have done to a lot of shareholders ! There is no doubt in my mind that mr. benahamou's days as a corporate officier are limited. The WSJ article is the "official" shot across the bow of this ship. The Board has no other choice but to "listen" to WS and take the necessary action in his removal as CEO. At this point...I doubt very seriously if Nokia or anyone else would want to clean up the problems that benahamou has been responsible. "New broom sweeps clean"...that is what is needed ! Unfortunately...we will have to wait until September to "voice" our concerns and if there is enought shareholder ire directed at the Board to replace him...then the day after his removal will see at least a 3-5 pt increase in shareholder value! My numbers are indicating a possible share price within upper 20's and into the mid 30's prior to September. If the 4th qtr shows signs of weakness...then it is anybody's guess where we are headed...most likely a "buy out". Maybe Microsoft will be tempted to enter the bidding. Their mgmt certainly is a hell of a lot better then benahamou's !

regards,
HK
