GERBER: on TEVT; last .20/unch. on 41k shares; SEC filing on 2/9/99 says, "sales for the first 6 months of fiscal 99'decreased by 25%; continued operating losses and monthly debt service requirements leave the company in a position where it is UNABLE to meet monthly cash flow requirements". sec.yahoo.com TEVT's product "Morfoam" is a chemical additive that decreases weight of plastic by 60%. Dupont, 3M and other major players have to be light years ahead of this company. They also claim to be profitable, but, they have no money to pay their bills.
