<<Just have to read between the lines...But you need to be hit over the HEAD!!>>

And which lines would those be Mark? The one that says "we have not provided any commercial samples to any potential customer" or the one that says, "we anticipate a lengthy testing period once samples are shipped to OEM's?" There simply are no lines in the filings that you can read between and come to the conclusion that VLNC is about ready to sign a purchase order.

The purpose of SEC filings is to provide accurate information to the investment community. If Valence really is about ready to sign a contract, their filings are very misleading.

However, the track record of these filings has been 100% to date while the track record of all the internet speculation and insider claims of imminent production orders has been 0% to date.

If, however this time the filings are wrong and the internet speculation is right and I get left behind, so be it. I won't be filing a lawsuit over it.
