This company has fundamentals which would make it respectable on NASDAQ, AMEX or the NYSE. Um, excuse me, just butting in here, but what are you ON???

CK..........I hope that LEAH is destined for a real listing on the NASDAQ or AMEX, however the jury is still out. You seem to believe everything the company says with no apologies and thats fine. I remember when the suspension first came down there were those on this board that said that LEAH will respond on the following monday, then it was when the suspension was over, and now they have to confer with their attorneys because its the right thing to do. Hopefully we will have some confirmed BV from D&T, or hell just an audit will suffice. I feel that your assumption that just because the suspension has expired means that LEAH is the winner and everything is hunky-dory is flawed. The suspension ending is just a time variable. Laws were passed so that the SEC could not indefinetly suspend companies that were in question for the same thing. If they were to suspend LEAH again it would have to be for a different reason. There was no 15c2-11 filed. I will NOT be SELLING MY GD stock and getting the HELL out of LEAH's Face as you so eloquently put it!!! I have the right and the money involved to ask questions on this board that may at times be a bit rough to those whom believe everything that the company says without question. We all have the same goal in mind, for LEAH to come out of this on top and we make money..... But when someone like Beermeister comes out of nowhere and spews a bunch of hype and " my sources tell me" crap it makes a mockery of those that are really looking for the facts and the value of the current situation. We have differences of opinion of the current situation and have been fairly good at factual sparing around here, I hope it continues........
