Paul, Every time Intel makes a mask change, that is considered to be "retooling" the fab? What if Intel makes a mask change on the same day that the stock goes down? Is that grounds for a lawsuit? I think I'll buy 1 share of INTC tomorrow based on all the Merced hype, keep every press release about Merced for the next year, and consider appropriate legal action if Intel has to make a mask change to get it into production. These lawsuits are so far fetched, it is mind-boggling. Scumbria
