Is anyone feeling like a portion of a pearl on a chain? Truly the devil is in the details. Why would they not disclose more of the exact financial specifics. Inquiring minds want to know. They must not be worked out completely. No doubt they have an agreement in principle. Everyone must have liked the reception of the concepts in the marketplace. Some trial balloon! I got the feeling Dr.J was graciously allowing ERICY a little face saving wiggle room. You gotta believe Dr. J is a clever negotiator. I wouldn't be surprised if the patent portfolio on the fourth generation system is well under way. Come to think of it I recently asked Viturbi about OFDM. He looked surprised and said that the Q did have patents in the area.
