Was it not the large paper and lumber companies in the US that pushed the propaganda campaign to have Canabis made illegal?

Also Rockafellor talked Henry Ford out of burning hemp oil for cars in which he had a running prototype. Cheap and no pollution and no oil.

Asslinger was also a herion addict. I think Hearst and his paper empire had greater weight since he ran the propaganda. But they were all rich buddies.

That also-- W.R. Hearst to be exact-- he financed Reefer Madness...

At the time he was the largest timber owner and newsprint maker. (Newsprint is the paper used in newspapers.)

Cannabis can make great paper....

And one of his best buddies was DuPont.

Factoid:

Who funds Partnership for a Drug Free America?

The drug companies fund 95%.

Gee, wonder why.....
