One very important piece of information is yet available. What price will they start the new company floating at?

I bought some NCS and one of the biggest factors was that they only had 4M shares. I liked the bigger slice of the pie. Wish I had sold at the $4 mark but held on a little long back in the Pat Powers hype of Ashton.

I really like the low number of shares idea.
