Anyone planning a CSCO exit strategy anytime
in the next few months? A few people I know
are planning on being out of the market before
October - just wondering if the July/August
time frame might be a good time to take some
profits. Historically, CSCO's been pretty good
in the summer. I know this really has more to
do with patterns (e.g. earnings run-ups) than
with fundamentals, but thought I'd see what you
guys had to say about it.

By the way - Jack/KY...anyone can make predictions.
If you want to be impressive, give us a date,
price target, and most importantly - why. A few
posts ago, I made a wild prediction that CSCO would
hit 130 by next earnings. Ya see, I'm stating a
price, a date and a reason: historically, a pattern
exists where CSCO traders run up the stock price by
10-20% right before earnings. However, as I stated
earlier - if I'm incorrect I'll gladly admit it since
my basis for this prediction is based on past performance.
A great deal of factors could make this not happen.
If it does happen, then by no imaginable reason is it
my doing, either.

Actually, guys I'm pretty set with my stock selection
processes as I'm sure most people here are. You could
probably make some real bucks doing infomercials, though.

thanks
-C

Will SI ever add an Ignore button.

No. I asked and was told that none of the SI people wanted it because it just covered up the problem, as if they do anything toward solving it.

Try browsemaster.com for a plug-in which does what you want and more. There's a 30-day free trial and then it's either $30 or $50 depending on a couple of features.
