I don't think its dilution... Just some dumping from some investors near day close... Getting rid of the weak hands...

Lurking..

Under SEC Rule 504 of Regulation D, non reporting companies are allowed to offer up to $1 million in securities that are exempt from registration. IMHO this volume suggests the company maybe needing some cash. This is not always bad..

Does the company have any letters of credit from any Banks for which they may receive money for short and long term goals and indeptness? If not... then where are they receiving capital?

I have read the news releases over the past few weeks. Two things come to my reasoning. 1. No mention of any numbers. 2. There are a lot of news releases for a BB. Number Two bothers me more. They are diversified.. wow.. how can a company keep all of these plans on track and keep operational costs down when there are no numbers for the investment community to read?

Does anyone expect this company to have gross revenues of five to seven million dollars in their financials to reflect the present share value? Of course it is very difficult to number crunch when we do not know the float and O/S, to project the P/E, etc...

Back to lurking.. Best wishes:)
