Doug, a couple of questions about your post:

Last weeks domestic rig count (oil and gas, but not counting Canada), I believe, was 526 per BHI. But this doesn't include hundreds of stacked rigs, right? If stacked rigs come back on line, won't that increase drilling capacity significantly?

Also, there are wells already drilled and producing nat. gas. How long will it take to deplete these producing wells?

I understand your assumptions will mitigate these issues to a large extent.

Do you know how much nat. gas was produced in the US last year? I'm wondering how much is brought in from outside N. America.
