Professional Perceptions Inc. Announces Acquisition of New Jag Inc.;
Corporate Name Changed to JagNotes.com Inc.

MANASQUAN, N.J. (March 25) BUSINESS WIRE -March 25, 1999--Harold Kaufman Jr.,president of Professional Perceptions Inc., Spokane, Wash., Thursday announced the completion of the acquisition of New Jag Inc., a privately held New Jersey-based provider of equity research services. The acquisition was accomplished in a tax-free organization,
resulting in approximately 12.3 million shares currently outstanding. In conjunction with thecompletion of the acquisition, Professional Perceptions changed its corporate name to JagNotes.com Inc. The former officers and directors of Professional Perceptions resigned;
Gary Valinoti was appointed chairman, president and chief executive officer; and Thomas Marisi was appointed a director.
In addition, the company's Bulletin Board symbol was changed from PFSS to JNOT.
JagNotes.com is a leading worldwide U.S. equities research service that provides consolidated early-morning reports called Jag Notes on
equities that have had newly issued research, analyst opinions,
upgrades, downgrades, new coverage additions and deletions for the day.
This information is potentially market-moving and valuable to those who can get it before others to gain an advantage at the start of trading each day. Each morning before the start of trading in the equity markets, subscribers to the Jag Notes service receive, via fax or e-mail, the day's Jag Notes. The information contained in the morning Jag Notes is compiled from the world's premier financial institutions that issue such reports. Although the information contained in Jag Notes is public, it is very difficult for
anyone other than those affiliated with the institutions issuing the reports to get the information prior to the markets' open. This is due to the lack of broad distribution of such information until well into the trading day. Each firm is essentially privy to only its own
research and information and learns of other firms' research later during the day.
Jag Notes was launched in 1989 as the first U.S. equity research
service that consolidated such equity information and made it available to the financial community. After initially servicing many of the Asian and overseas financial institutions, Jag Notes began to develop a worldwide presence among both international and U.S.
financial institutions.
