Doug, I saw the delayed print many times on COOL when it was going up quickly. When it jumped to 28 the Last sale was behind from bid and ask up to 2 points(!). Michael

Doug,

I believe this has been going on for years. As I recall, my broker told me that MMs are not required to publish a trade till 4:01. He also defended them, saying that when things get hectic, there isn't always time to "print." In the computer age, I find that hard to believe, but this is a good broker who pointed it out to me.
