annual stockholders meeting 4/21 perhaps we may hear about a proposed split at that time.

Splits are irrelevant except in options related situations where contracts are generally traded as representing 100 shares of common stock.

Of course a split wasn't under consideration during the CIEN merger because of the obvious plus the additional shares couldn't be authorized at that point anyway.
