John, as long as I can take the ego to the bank, pile it on.. Ego hasn't hurt Scott McNeally/Sun Microsystems one iota, has it? Or, how about the Big Softee and Bill Gates. Hasn't hurt either's stockholders either. If you look at it, EMC has been almost "underground" until recently (except for the stock price). Management undoubtedly has been trying to get out there in the limelight by agreeing to all the magazine articles and business shows, like CNBC, exposure. Their story is also a lot more interesting now than it was when they were mostly "just" mainframe storage. Tony
