A thing about Prospectuses -
If people were to invest from prospectuses, they never would cause in the Risk Factor disclosure, EVERY company basically says they don't have a chance in hell to make it!

Come on Steve, interpretation of the prospectus, looking into the future and potential of a company if what investing is all about, not to mention TA and momentum. I'm not condoning it, but in today's investment environment, it's not about company fundamentals, it's about company potential 5 years down the road, not 2 years back!

Also, auto dealer turnover is not that unusual. First, do you really think that auto dealers have the foresight of the web? It's a traditional threat to them, so naturally, they may be a bit apprehensive. Until they figure it out. Then, it'll make em lots of money, especially when they realize that people won't want to go to ever dealer's site to find a car they can buy, they'll want to go to an auto portal/hub to look for their car.

How many company prospectuses have you read that says "our company has no risks and we feel confident that we'll make you rich!"

Ha, you crack me up!
