In fact, the report from last week you are responding to was the LAST comment that Bo had on ARTT (nothing was out "today"), and in this report, he does NOT give ARTT's DCF, nor does he reiterate his #2 rating on ARTT (as he reiterates his #1 ratings on TGNT and WCII). And I know he has near term concerns about ARTT's funding status, as does ML. The last he time he commented on ARTT's DCF was over three weeks ago, and here again, he does NOT reiterate his #2 rating (fwiw, the last time he reiterates was Mar 2nd) Message 8121545 and these details are as you report. IMO, not announcing something today (I doubt they'd announce midday), I suspect they don't currently have any desirable options to choose from. They are now seriously against a wall for both street credibility and survival.
