Hmmm, I'm tempted to short BEAM

MSFT could be another short, I have been reading a lot of skepticism on whether a settlement is really likely or not. MSFT could lose this rally when the trail resumes.

Would expect to see a flurry of buying the last 10 minutes before the close today.

So look at a weak trading day as a buying opportunity.
