Street,

I don't ignore "power" or those who wield it.

The difference is that I look at ALL the power centers, especially those that conflict or rival one another.

For every power center, there is another equally powerful.

And the most powerful group of all is the US public as revealed through the voting booth. Once mobilized to support one position or another, they can greatly alter the plans and schemes of those working stealthily to enact their particular agenda.

That's why I don't buy conspiracy theories that seem to work in a vacuum without public support or indifference. Those who perceive a New World Order conspiracy underway fail to realize that only by convincing the public of the benefit, economically and politically, or being part of that order.

Btw, watch the activities of Serbians living in surrounding countries. Yesterday, there were numerous demonstrations against NATO member embassies. It is only a matter of time until those demonstrations turn into organized "terrorist" activities including bombings, sniping, and attempts to subvert stability in Serbia's neighboring gov'ts.

That will mean ground troops in action. I don't like what is transpiring at all. Serbia's only real chance to stop NATO bombing is to take the battle to the countries where its forces are deployed.

Regards,

Ron
