1st, the State of Texas has NOT delcared that it is illegal, just under review.
2nd, the former pricing structure of fixed fee is what caused the turnover. The new referral structure has *only* generated 26% turnover. Like I said, churn is high in the auto industry. How many of those churning were the large franchise dealers and how many the small mom and pop with 10 cars on their lot dealers? That is what would be more useful to me. It's all about volume in the auto industry.
Maybe being short clouds your judgment as well!

I believe that admitting that they are failing in certian areas is showing us that they are addressing the issues. They could have elected to not even put that in the prospectus. And by the way it say they failed for a NUMBER of dealer. Could that be 5 out of their 4000 member dealers? probably some small dealers in some hick town not getting any calls, big deal.
