Good morning to all.

I may be reading too much between the lines here but I think that this EBAY rumour is most likely true. The fact that EBAY made no comment or was unavailable for comment says something to me. They could have just flat out denied this rumour or said the same thing as Godin. As a shareholder of BII I think we would do better without a takeover by EBAY. EBAY is already so inflated in price that a conversion of BII shares into EBAY would lower our headroom for share price growth. Right now the sky is the limit on our BII share price. I hope the rumour is false but I doubt it. Note: This is just my opinion and I have no secondary rumour source other than this discusssion thread, the Globe & Mail, and the Toronto Star.

With or without out an EBAY takeover we will all see a very hefty profit here.

Happy investing all.
Mike
