David,

The annual report reveals that Mr. Kealy has been part of the organization since its inception. He ran a smaller company that was acquired early on.

As you know, Liviakis and "Wally" Sapp are unloading positions. Sapp owned 6+ million shares as of March 1998. Thus, there is a constant downward draft on the stock because of this. They call this an "overhang" in the C.C. That term is new to me.

I got the feeling that Kealy is hard working, knows the core business, but may be a bit overwhelmed by the rapid pace of the company. The tone of his voice when he said, "We'll get the fax out to ya by the end of the week..." had a certain amount of stress in it.

FWIW, I rate this investment as a 7/10 only because the company is still small and growing. The list of current clients was impressive, even though they only did 100 million in sales last year. In addition, there is a megatrend in play which will probably come and sweep up IFCI as the tide rolls in.

I am long IFCI.

Thought I'd just mention that I've received a number of unsolicited e-mails from a friendly guy named Lance from Richmond who got my name from some pro-IFCI posts I left on Yahoo or Red Herring. He's been sending me supposed helpful updates on IFCI which are thinly masked short hypes on the negative prospects of this stock. Is this possibly the snake??

While I'm here, thanks all for all the informative and unbiased posts that this thread is good for.....
