Ned, the reason I have been obsessing about the price of oil is that a source of funding must be convinced that oil will stay up and excess distillate stocks will be drawn down over a long period of time. I am convinced that the plant would be profitable right now and for the foreseeable future, but GRNO is out of money and must borrow some against the plant to get it running again. Not having a continuously running plant chases away customers for plants. Not having customers chases away bankers, a self perpetuating nightmare. The existence of the plant and its patent doesn't seem to be good enough for bankers. The tragic loss of the Chinese deal meant that this vicious cycle continued. We have to hope that Bill is able to do other deals based on the faith that bankers lack. Oil is up a few cents again today for a new high since October. Charles
