Medinah in THE PROSPECTOR again: prospector-news.com

Medinah Energy (MDIN:NASDAQ BB) released the results of hole DDH 99-03, drilled on the Alto de Lipangue gold/copper property in Chile. The hole returned 1.13 g/t gold over 147.0 m, 0.466% copper over 72.0 m, 3.71 g/t gold over 11.0 m, 2.01 g/t gold over 46.0 m, 12.86 g/t gold over 3.0 m and 0.775% copper over 36.0 m. The company says that hole DDH 99-04 was abandoned because of mechanical problems due to fracture zones and faulting and that hole DDH 99-05 intersected multiple minerals zones so far. (Mar 25/99)

A CPA doing mining analysis, be careful!

My understanding is this site is in a hill, as such the company will be able to use conveyors to remove much of the overburden. Or in my simple terms its much easier to use a gravity system to remove the overburden that to have to "lift" the rock out of a bit.

Can any technical people comment further on this?

Just a thought, was management actually trying to support the share price by making this preliminary announcement? Earl at RGM told me on Thursday not to expect results on hole five for about a week.

Hoping and watching,
PvG
