I was watching a piece on one of the cable channels last night. The jist of it was that air strikes alone have never been successful in stopping an aggressor. They pointed to the WW's, Nam et al. Ground troops are always needed or it doesn't work.

Kosovo is going to be a f'ing disaster.

Guy just said on CNBC that Kosovo doesn't matter to the financial markets because it's a humanitarian mission.
