Hello, THC. I've been deadly serious about GATA's "legitimacy" since I and everybody else on here discovered Bill would not answer serious/legit questions, previously posited 6 times on this thread. GATA's collecting money, SUPPOSEDLY to sue for gold market manipulation/collusion which have allegedly occured, over a period of years, in a non-transparent situation. *BUT* Bill is NOT willing to be fulling disclosing about GATA's organizational structure asked BY others THRU ME! This opens himself up to being guilty of what he claims his targets are being: manipulative and colluding. Bill's excuse? He wrote: "I'm not a detail man." It is really very simple, THC The man is behaving, organizationally & financially like the very "manipulators" he claims to be going after. It is obvious. And it stinks. A great many people on this thread view $38,000 is a great deal of money. With collecting that many donations, comes a great deal of responsibility. Transparency is one of them. The larger the donation pot becomes, the larger the transparency issue becomes. At some point, lack of disclosure and transparency will reach "critical mass." Bill will then become the object of one or several lawsuits for fraud. Would it surprise you to learn there are lawyers on this thread smacking their chops at a chance to go after Bill and his GATA organization checkbook balance, when the pot reaches a certain amount simply because BILL is not NOT forthcoming with answers? WHY DON'T YOU TELL ME WHY HE WON'T ANSWER THE LEGIT QUESTIONS? DO YOU KNOW? Regards, O/49r
