Prudential has made a big upgrade on TEN oil drilling companies this morning (ESV, GLM, DO, MRL, etc.) and the whole sector should bear watching.

This should also move oil related stocks, such as CLB which was way oversold yesterday and has a huge short ratio of 15.

There is also a very positive article by Reuters on this sector this morning. Because of net weirdness, I cannot seem to bring up the URL.
