Gee, that adds a lot to the discussion. Why should we care whether you think the allegations in the Asensio report are true?

As for considering a lawsuit, I know this may be hard to understand, but it takes more than one day for a company to draft and file a credible lawsuit, one which would not do further harm by being dismissed for frivolity, failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, or on summary judgment, assuming for the sake of argument that they have litigation counsel retained already. If they are "considering" a lawsuit, facts must be gathered and causes of action researched. You'd expect several weeks to go by before anything was filed.
