Don't attack Joel for giving a high price target, we need more analysts doing the same so we can all get the hell out at reasonable price (even if the company is not worth anything) <g>.

It was because of similar analysis that I first invested in WSTL.

[Joel A.]

I don't necessarily say that Joel A. is wrong. I THINK that he may be privy to information from Zionts that we don't know. Remember the last conference call when certain questions were asked and Zionts said that he would talk with the analysts about it afterword! It made me want to puke!!!!! I can't believe that is legal.

>The problem with suing the company, is obvious. The only ones to benefit will be the lawyers, shareholders will get squat.<

Your right, only the lawyers will benefit "financially". There are of course, benefits other than financial. The way I see it is I really don't stand much to loose at this point so I really don't give a hoot if the lawyers do well as long as the company takes a fall. I now doubt I'll see much if any of my investment returned so it would be a way of getting my pound of flesh. Besides, I think the only way we'll EVER know what the hell's going on with this company will be in court.

I'm for the scorched earth policy. :)
