You don't consider insiders filing to sell more than 1.3 million shares over the last 14 trading days relevant ?

Regards.

If the officers (who should know the most about this company) have chosen to sell hundreds of thousands of shares then that is significant. This is not Gates at Microsoft selling off some tiny percentage of shares after he has created the most powerful corp on earth. This is a startup company and if the officers are selling hundreds of thousands of shares it means that they believe that the price of the stock is as high as they expect it to get in the near future. This does not appear to be selling to pay bills or for college tuition or for the tax bill, this is millions of dollars in stock liquidation proceeds for the officers of EFAX. Of course, this is just my opinion. I hold no position, its just too risky to be long at this time for me.
