Les Horowitz: Thanks for that very interesting read. The part about interest rates brought back a recollection of a report I read in a monthly publication of the "Foundation for the Study of Cycles". They predicted in the eighties, that interest rates would come down this decade. But, I can not remember their forecast after 2000. I have all my old issues stored, but I have yet to find the time to go to my storage facility and dig through my boxes. Heck, I may just join again! Regards, LG
