I'm doing a little dd on this company but what I find out is not all that hot.For instance the latest news releas says they have been profitable for the last 2 quarters,yet what's this from their 10qsb: February 9, 1999 TECHNICAL VENTURES INC (TEVT) Quarterly Report (SEC form 10QSB) MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL CONDITIONS AND RESULTS OF OPERATIONS Liquidity and Capital Resources: Continued operating losses and monthly debt service requirements leave the Company in a position where it is unable to meet its monthly cash flow requirements. Cash flows resulting from the issue of restricted common stock and shareholders loans enabled the Company to remain current on the debt repayments, on past due balances to vendors and current payments to vendors. Also I can't find a phone number for the company,anyone have one? Any idea of shares out and the float?Reading all those SEC reports on Yahoo gave no indication.
