OT-- Is this reason for concern? Ugh! Russia expels NATO reps, offers Belgrade aid MOSCOW, March 26 (Reuters) - Russia has told NATO's representatives in Moscow to leave the country and has cut off all contacts with the alliance because of its bombing of Yugoslavia, Russian news agencies reported on Friday. They also quoted Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov as telling a briefing that Russian leaders had agreed at a Kremlin meeting to offer humanitarian aid to Yugoslavia.
