With all the attention lately on PDAs and WinCE, a surprisingly huge number of people think that WinCE might control that powertrain.

When investor perceptions become warped, take advantage. This stock is cheap.

Given the projected growth rates, Wind must be one of the most undervalued stocks around. I agree with you that a substantial increase in price seems imminent. If only more well established houses, such as ML, Solomon, Goldman, would start analyzing this stock and make recommendations.

I've heard that Wind is currently shunning analysts which I think is
a mistake on the company's part. They must realize that a good report can raise the price of the stock just as easily as a negative
one will depress it and besides, they are a public company and should
play the game accordingly. JMHO
