This is moving so fast, but:

RT 12.05 x 12.10 Been hovering between 11.80 and 12.10 for a bit now

EBAY: -4 1/4
UBID: -7/16

I've checked the breakdown of buyers/sellers, no unusual activity. Just very heavy trading amongst large brokerages. No one is dumping or accumulating as far as I can tell.

RT now $12.40.. uh.. $12.25
