JDN. Re: "Low cost brings in more buyers, just like cars." Exactly. All those VW and falcon buyers in the '60's are now buying SUV's and mini-vans.

The key is to make a FULL line of products, so when people want to upgrade you can keep them in your fold. It's a variation of Sloan's, "A car for every price and purpose." And cpq fits that bill.
