Lew I was told the offer was 5 million that was rejected. There have been all kinds of numbers floating around, I believe that they wanted 18.5 million. My guess is they would settle for 7 or 8 million the cost of a new well....and we should get it...This is Weatherfords fault they screwed up our hole and they should drill another. I am quite sure if Weatherford came in and said look put your zones in production we will drill you another hole to depth this way your losses are minimized everyone would be happy...BWTFDIK..except the attorneys are involved....DD

Lew,thanks a lot for sharing that.At least now I feel a bit better,knowing that at least someone has honestly heard that an offer was brought to the table.It helps!.A lot! All I've ever heard of were discussions,(and you and I can have them any 'ole time!)So if there were some actual negotiations, then that's good news to me! They may just hammer out a deal yet! I do not think of any info.provided by you as rumour-mongering that's for sure.Most of that stuff can be decided by just considering the source,and I certainly know you're not one of those types! But I sure don't want to put you on the spot in any way,or get you in a jam with Adda somehow,or anything (if that's possible).I say that because I don't know if you work for them,(and it's none of my business if you do),I don't want to cause grief by asking questions of you that could cause you problems.But I'm glad you offered us that!
