Teflon,

I agree with you 100% and if you noticed, I kindly pointed out that the analysis was based soley on the past numbers with no insight.
Yes, MSFT did trade up this week, it also did that 2 other times.........and 5 times post split it traded up, 2 times, down.....
of course, this does not reflect the market or news of the times.

Interesting quote from NBC news this morning...."At some point the Administration will come to the realization that Air Strikes are NOT GOING TO CURB THE KILLING IN KOSOVO, and at that time it will have to make a decision about whether to send GROUND TROOPS IN AS THE NEXT LEVEL OF ENGAGEMENT."

Kosovo isn't the nice, open shooting gallery that Iraq is, either. From what I understand it's mountainous and there's lots of places to hide hardware until the bombing stops.
